Director Safety
Harshal Wankhade is the Director Safety at Sustaira Advisory LLP, bringing over a decade of deep expertise in ESG strategy, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and corporate sustainability consulting. A qualified safety professional and certified ESG advisor, Harshal has worked extensively with manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, and corporate clients across India to design and implement robust safety management systems.
His consulting philosophy centers on translating complex regulatory frameworks — including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, BRSR, and GRI standards — into actionable, business-aligned programs. Harshal has led large-scale workplace safety audits, accident investigation frameworks, behavioral safety programs, and ESG disclosure processes for organizations ranging from mid-sized enterprises to multi-site industrial operations.
